Abbreviated Adult Course
Are you over 18 and have failed your first attempt at one or both portion(s) of the BMV Road Exam? The State of Ohio requires you to take an Abbreviated Adult Training Course before you are eligible to retake your test.
You have TWO options to complete the Ohio Abbreviated Adult Training prior to retesting:
- OPTION 1
4 hours of online class AND 24 hours of driving with a licensed driver, 21 years and older.
If you'd like to take the Ohio Abbreviated Adult 4 Hour Online Class + 24 Hours of Driving with a licensed driver 21 years of age or older, we recommend Too Cool Traffic School at the following link:

4 hours of online class AND 4 hours of driving with a professionally licensed instructor.
Online Classroom Training
- Can begin immediately and completed at your own pace
- Requires a mobile phone, tablet, or computer
Once Classroom Training is complete, you schedule your 4 Hours of Behind the Wheel Lessons by calling one of our two locations: West: 513-251-7111 or East: 513-251-7333.- Monday – Friday Based on Instructor Availability
- Bick's instructors will pick-up and drop off at home or work for your lessons within our service area
- At the final lesson you will receive your Certificate of Completion and be eligible to retake your Ohio Road Exam
